Are you a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and friendly environment? Our client, a highly reputable law firm based in Blackpool, is seeking a skilled solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert legal advice on private client matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of private client work, including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on tax and estate planning matters
* Providing compassionate and professional legal guidance on sensitive matters such as elderly client services and succession planning
* Drafting legal documents such as wills, trust deeds, and related documentation
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advice based on individual circumstances
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
* Liaising with third parties, including financial advisors, accountants, and other solicitors
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (SRA registered) with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client law
* Strong technical expertise in wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration
* Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex matters
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of managing a busy caseload
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
