What you’ll do – and what you’ll gain:

What you’ll need:
11. A full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
12. Senior-level experience producing accounts in a £5m+ organisation with real operational complexity.
13. Confidence presenting financial insight at board and committee level.
14. Hands-on capability combined with strategic thinking.
15. Charity, not-for-profit, or public sector experience preferred, though exceptional candidates from other sectors considered.
Location & working pattern:
Hybrid working, typically three days per week in the office (South of England), with flexibility for the right person. Occasional travel to London for committee meetings (expenses covered).
