Qualified Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - South team, Northfield
Want to join a well-established, friendly, and supportive IAPT team?
Birmingham Healthy Minds is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic BABCP/BPS registered PWP’s to enhance our reputable service. As a motivated PWP with good Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills, you will inspire clients to improve their mental health using computerised CBT, video work, one-to-one, and group workshops. Part of your role will include assessing a client's suitability for BHM and, where appropriate, signposting to other more suitable services.
Our current step 2 team is arranging a timetable of community events to reach out to Birmingham’s diverse communities and reduce the stigma associated with accessing mental health services. We actively encourage team members to participate in service development, and we have introduced a Teams chat to facilitate sharing innovative ideas.
Birmingham Healthy Minds offers a blended working model, combining office, community venues, and remote, home-working options. Appointments outside the standard 9am-5pm hours are available, including evenings.
Location: Birmingham Healthy Minds covers Birmingham, specifically the South BHM team based in Northfield.
