First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a Reliability Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.
Due to further growth within the company, this exciting opportunity has arisen to assist in reliability management, condition monitoring, and asset management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Development of condition monitoring and condition-based maintenance programmes
2. Collection and analysis of routine condition monitoring data
3. Troubleshooting of machinery
4. Review, specification, and general minor maintenance of Condition Monitoring instruments and equipment
5. Proof-reading and technical cross-checking of reports
6. Provision of technical support for our clients’ sales and market development
7. Development of company IT systems and processes
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in an engineering position, preferably both mechanical and electrical
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills; a natural collaborator
4. Ability to write eloquent and concise emails
5. Detail-oriented with robust time-management skills
6. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
7. High proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
8. Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence
9. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
10. Degree qualification or relevant experience necessary for success as a Reliability Engineer
