Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Sector: Social Housing Refurbishment Location: Leicester / Nottingham (Site-Based) Salary: Up to £60,000 (Senior level) We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Refurbishment business, delivering social housing refurbishment projects across the Leicester and Nottingham regions. This is a site-based role, working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial control and successful project delivery across multiple refurbishment schemes. The Role You will be responsible for the full commercial management of social housing refurbishment projects, supporting delivery teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
