Are you an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer with F‑Gas qualifications?

In this role, you will deliver both practical and theory‑based training for F‑Gas and ODS regulations. You will teach learners from a range of backgrounds, guiding them through legislation, environmental impact, and hands‑on skills such as refrigerant handling, leak detection, and system maintenance. You will also assess learners, ensuring they meet the required standards for certification.
The Role
* Deliver F‑Gas and refrigeration training (theory and practical)
* Assess learners working towards F‑Gas certification (Category 1 to 4)
* Support learners with both technical knowledge and practical skills
* Maintain workshop standards, equipment, and health and safety compliance
* Full training and ongoing CPD provided
The Person
* Qualified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Level 3 or equivalent)
* Holds F‑Gas Category 1 certification
* Industry experience within HVAC or refrigeration
* Keen to move into a training and education role
