Clarity is recruiting for a Managing Pharmacists or Support Pharmacist for a thriving pharmacy in Saltash. What you need to know: This is a permanent full time role, 5 days per week. This role is primarily a Monday-Friday position, as there is cover on Saturdays, but the occasional Saturday may be asked, if so you will be off on a mid-week day. No late nights past 6pm will be required. Great team in place to help you! What you'll be doing: Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare professionals. Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and to evaluate their suitability for the patient. Provide advice to patients on the use of medicines, including dosage, side effects, and interactions with other medications. Counsel patients on the management of chronic diseases. Conduct medication reviews to ensure that patients are taking their medications as prescribed. Order and stock medications and medical supplies. Maintain a safe and secure pharmacy environment. Stay up-to-date on new drugs and treatments.
