Base pay range

Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Profit Recovery
Location: Remote (GMT or +/- 2 hours preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: £50,000 per year + 60% Variable


Overview

At Threecolts, we are revolutionizing the e-commerce landscape. Our specialized profit recovery service helps Amazon and Walmart vendors reclaim millions in lost revenue, turning financial discrepancies into a competitive advantage. We’re not just a software company; we\'re a financial powerhouse for our clients.

We are seeking an Account Manager who is a true growth partner. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, sales and customer acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You will be the trusted advisor who identifies hidden revenue opportunities and the architect who builds on those wins to expand the partnership. You will serve as the face of our business and the relentless advocate for our clients, with success measured by the ability to drive tangible financial results for them and for us.


Responsibilities

* Own the Full Customer Lifecycle: manage a designated portfolio of high-value Amazon and Walmart vendors, guiding them through onboarding, expansion, regular business reviews (QBRs), and renewal processes to ensure long-term client retention.
* Strategic Growth Partner & Advocate: nurture a portfolio of high-value vendors, maximizing profit recovery and identifying opportunities for expansion by introducing new products and services from the Threecolts portfolio.
* Data-Driven Analysis: analyze complex data sets to uncover discrepancies and help the Service Delivery team maximize claims.
* Operational Excellence & Client Liaison: serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, provide regular updates on claims progress, and oversee the Service Delivery team to ensure timely resolutions.
* Internal Collaboration: bridge clients and internal teams to inform process improvements and enhance our core technology.
* Performance Reporting: prepare and present regular reports to Leadership on client performance, highlighting metrics such as total recovered revenue, expansion revenue, resolution timelines, and growth opportunities.


Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio and driving revenue growth. Direct experience in the Amazon or Walmart ecosystem is highly preferred.
* Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actionable insights for internal teams; strategic mindset for long-term profitability.

* Contribute to increases in profit recovery and expansion revenue across your portfolio.
* Improve client retention with strong Gross Logo Retention and Net Dollar Retention.
* Provide insights that lead to tangible improvements in service delivery and scale.
