Salary : £26,125 per annum - 22 Days Annual Leave Bank Holidays - Life Assurance - Healthcare - Hybrid Working 3 Office Days | 2 WFH days - Pension - Central Location Great Transport Links - Support With Training - Health & Wellbeing Programme About The Role of Policy Data Administrator As a Policy Data Administrator, youll be responsible for processing, validating, and reconciling policy and claims data, ensuring all information is accurate and delivered within key monthly deadlines. Youll work closely with underwriting, IT, and external partners, acting as an essential link between internal operations and client-facing teams. Process, validate, and reconcile monthly bordereaux (policy & claims) within SLA Update and maintain policy records within internal systems Carry out data checks, corrections, and analysis using Excel Act as a trusted point of contact for partner and client queries Support onboarding of new partners and collaborate with IT on system improvements Prepare reporting packs and operational documents for stakeholders Manage diary workflows to ensure monthly cycles are completed on time Build effective internal and external relationships to support smooth operations Assist with ad-hoc projects, reporting tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 38 Hours Per Week | 9.00am 5.00pm What You Will Bring: You ll possess advanced Excel capability and experience in a data-focused administrative role, whether from insurance, finance, compliance, or any environment where accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
