We're looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our team in Coventry. You'll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you'll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
What you'll be doing:
1. Leading the showroom team to deliver a brilliant customer experience
2. Supporting your team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities
3. Building relationships with new and existing customers to grow business
4. Overseeing internal marketing and maintaining engaging product displays

What you'll bring:
