About the Role:

Our client, a private day nursery on the outskirts of Corby, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive nursery team. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

* Planning and delivering fun, creative, and engaging activities that support children's development.

* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

* Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, identifying next steps.

* Ensuring children's safety and well-being at all times.

* Communicating effectively with parents, offering support and regular updates.


What We're Looking For:

* Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

* Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early years setting.

* A genuine passion for child development and helping little ones reach their potential.

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* A nurturing, patient, and creative approach.
