What You’ll Do: Maintain a safe, clean and hygienic kitchen, following all Health & Safety and food hygiene standards. Prepare high‑quality food to company and contract specifications, keeping accurate HACCP records. Manage ingredients responsibly, ensuring correct storage and temperature control. Work closely with senior chefs to support daily production and maintain food quality. Help receive and check deliveries when required. Keep all work areas clean, tidy and well‑organised at all times. Maintain excellent personal hygiene and professional standards. Communicate production updates and wastage information clearly. Take part in training and team meetings to support your development. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Report any safety issues, accidents or irregularities immediately. Operate kitchen equipment safely and according to training.
