Ferring+You
As our Global Ethics Manager you’ll support the effective operation of the Global Ethics Program by contributing to the implementation of core ethics and compliance controls, assisting in the development and delivery of Global Ethics guidance, training, and policies, and maintaining key Ethics systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational integrity. The role plays a key part in strengthening the organization’s culture of integrity and ensuring adherence to global compliance standards.
Your day at Ferring
1. As our AlertLine System owner, you will be responsible for system configuration, governance, data integrity, user access management, and alignment with internal reporting processes and standards.
2. Manage AlertLine cases and investigation data, ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and appropriate tracking and reporting.
3. Monitor the progress of global investigations, liaising with investigators to ensure timely updates, proper documentation, and completion in accordance with established procedures.
4. Manage reporting and analytics related to confidential reporting channels and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
5. Manage the Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure process, overseeing the full lifecycle of submissions including review, assessment, approvals, and documentation.
6. Coordinate governance committee activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation and materials, and tracking follow-up actions and decisions.
7. Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Global Ethics documentation, policies, and procedural guidance.
8. Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training and learning initiatives related to ethical conduct and Global Ethics policies.
9. Support initiatives that promote a strong culture of ethics and compliance across the organization, bringing Ferring Philosophy to life in daily operations.
10. Provide operational and project support on initiatives that advance the Global Ethics program as required by the business.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of ethics processes.

12. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
13. Professional certification in compliance, ethics, privacy, or related field preferred.
14. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, legal, or a related function.
15. Experience within the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry is preferred.
16. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance landscape.
17. Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and global teams.
18. Strong computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
19. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
20. High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgement.
21. Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.
