Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Facilities and Site Co-ordinator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of their facility’s maintenance and development, ensuring they operate smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, plant machinery, and infrastructure.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety or maintenance issues proactively.
* Manage security services, groundskeeping, and maintenance contractors for optimal site operations.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations while maintaining risk assessments and emergency response plans.
* Develop and maintain asset and service records in line with ISO standards to ensure operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in facilities management or related field.
2. Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
3. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
