Milk Education are working with a supportive primary school to recruit a LSA / 1:1 – Bromley to provide dedicated support to a pupil requiring additional help throughout the school day. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference on a one-to-one basis.
The LSA / 1:1 – Bromley role focuses on supporting a child with SEN, helping them access learning and develop confidence within the classroom. You will gain first-hand experience within Education and Training, particularly around personalised support, behaviour strategies, and inclusive learning approaches.
As a LSA / 1:1 – Bromley, you will be supported by an experienced SEN team and benefit from structured Education and Training to develop your skills and confidence. The school is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for both pupils and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day
2. Encouraging engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
3. Assisting with learning tasks and emotional regulation
4. Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff
Essential Skills / Experience:
5. Experience supporting children or young people
