Plumber
Amey – Permanent role (Requisition ID: 9068) at HMP/YOI Moorland, Bawtry Road, Hatfield Woodhouse, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN7 6BW.
Standard hours: 39 hours per week (rota basis 07:45–16:45). Weekend work 1 in 3 with a 15% additional allowance.
What You Will Do
* Routine and non‑routine maintenance.
* Mains water supply repairs.
* Fault finding, identification of life‑expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
* Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
What You Will Bring
* Full driving licence.
* Experience in a commercial environment.
* Experience in operating light plant.
* NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred (NVQ level 2 may be considered).
* Legionella Control (L8) is desirable.
Additional Requirements
Prison Security Clearance will be required (Amey will support you through this process).
