We are currently recruiting Butchers to work with a well established wholesale meat company based near Hedge End.
Working as part of a team, the role will involve de-boning, carcass work (breaking down to primary and secondary cuts), cutting, trimming, removing excess fat and weighing cuts whilst working in a busy manufacturing environment.
