Overview
Our client, a leading education provider, is seeking a highly organised and motivated
Human Resources Assistant
to join their busy HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in Human Resources, whether you are an experienced administrator or a recent graduate with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
* Maintain and update HR database systems
* Support the onboarding process for new starters, including inductions
* Carry out general HR administrative tasks
* Assist with recruitment processes
* Provide support to staff using self-service HR systems
* Handle staff enquiries confidently, both face-to-face and via other channels
Requirements
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with staff at all levels
* Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Confident IT skills, with the ability to support system users
* Flexibility, resilience, and a team-focused approach
* No prior HR experience required – suitable for recent graduates with evidence of relevant work experience (paid or unpaid, outside of school/college placements)
