Fram is working with an excellent mortgage firm in North London that is looking to engage with a full-time mortgage administrator. The firm is, independent, and provides mortgage and protection advice across a range of products. The role sits within a team of administrators, but it will be supporting a director on a 121 bases and has arisen due to the current administrator moving to an operations manager position. The role involves preparing and submitting mortgage and protection applications, liaising with lenders, insurers, solicitors, and clients, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with client annual reviews and recommendation packs. It also includes monitoring the pipeline, chasing outstanding requirements, and ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards. The position requires regular interaction with clients and the wider advice team. This may appeal to individuals with experience in buy-to-let, residential and/or portfolio landlord mortgage administration, who are organised, IT literate and comfortable working in a small team environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important. Candidates need to have relevant mortgage administration experience and a desire to develop their career within a boutique advisory setting.
