Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Compliance Manager located in Keighley with the option of working from home. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance within the company, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance activities, providing compliance advice and support to various departments, conducting internal audits, and preparing compliance reports. The role also entails staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and advising the company on necessary actions to remain compliant.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and compliance policies and procedures
* Experience in conducting internal audits and compliance reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field
* Experience in the financial industry is a plus
* Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar certification is advantageous
