The role
Lead planning and programming for multiple live projects and bids, producing robust tender and construction programmes.
Monitor and update programmes, incorporating change events and working closely with commercial teams to protect contractual entitlement.
Provide clear planning intelligence to internal and external stakeholders through reports, progress updates and analysis.
Support project teams with sequencing, methodology and risk identification, helping to drive efficient, predictable delivery.
About you
Experienced Planner or Senior Planner with a track record in construction planning on high value public building projects.
Able to manage several projects at different stages without close supervision, with strong analytical and organisational skills.
Proficient in producing tender and contract programmes, reports and filters, including variance analysis against baseline.
Strong communicator, confident in constructively challenging the status quo and proposing intelligent planning solutions.
