About the role
We’re recruiting an Administrator to join our Insolvency Open Cover team at Specialist Risk Group (SRG). In this role, you’ll support the placement and day‑to‑day administration of insurance policies, working closely with Client Advisors and Client Managers to deliver a responsive, high‑quality service to our clients. It’s a great opportunity to build technical knowledge, develop confidence, and progress within a specialist insurance environment.
You’ll support the Insolvency Open Cover team with policy administration and client queries, helping ensure insurance cover is placed accurately, compliantly and on time.
This role is a full‑time 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with 3 days a week based at our Nottingham office.
Who we’re looking for
* Confidence – communicating clearly in writing and conversation
* Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
* Experience in a customer‑focused or administrative environment
* Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively
* GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent
