Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team We are looking for a supportive and experienced finance leader to manage and develop a team of professionals. You’ll ensure clear objectives are set, performance is reviewed effectively, and team members are supported in their growth. You’ll also help maintain strong financial controls, oversee regulatory reporting, and manage financial risks. Excellent communication and presentation skills are key to success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES Review monthly P&L and balance sheet reconciliations in line with Group standards Ensure compliance with accounting policies and maintain up-to-date process documentation Deliver accurate financial, regulatory, and tax returns within agreed timelines Support strategic planning and budgeting alongside the Executive Committee Provide clear financial insights and risk reporting to senior stakeholders Lead performance reporting and analysis to help drive business results Foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture through coaching and development Developing Our People: as a line manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, as well as developing performance through coaching. You will encourage your team to take responsibility for their own personal development and provide support through regular feedback.
