This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work closely with our Service Department to ensure our customers and technicians receive the parts they need—accurately and on time. You’ll be joining a small, experienced team of four, offering you valuable support, shared knowledge, and a collaborative environment from day one. While this role is not target-driven, it is a fast-paced environment that requires strict adherence to processes, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and confident using systems to manage enquiries and parts catalogues. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting both retail and trade customers by responding to parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and online Accurately identifying vehicle parts based on customer needs and service team requirements Using current promotions and offers to meet sales goals Looking for opportunities to offer relevant additional products Following established procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency Maintaining up-to-date knowledge through bulletins, updates, and ongoing training What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in the motor industry is essential; experience as a Parts Advisor is desirable but not required Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented thinking Confidence using computers and cataloguing systems to identify parts and solutions At Vertu Motors, we invest more in our colleagues' development than any other motor retailer.
