Riverside Medical Practice arelooking to employ a Salaried GP for 3-4 sessions a week.
Due to an increase in ourpatient list, we are seeking to recruit a Salaried GP to join ourwell-organised, forward-thinking Partnership. The doctor we are seeking is ahighly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic who thriveson working as a part of a democratic team.
Riverside Medical Practice holdsa Sponsor licence for a skilled worker and welcome applications in this respect.

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will manage acaseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting,ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporarypatients.
About us
Whilst we work extremely hard,the culture of the practice is friendly and welcoming. Prior to retirement,several members worked at Riverside Medical Practice for over 15 years. We havean informal meeting room where team members often enjoy lunch together.
The GP team meet daily for aninformal coffee catch up/peer support.
The team comprises of :
Two GP Partners, three AdvancedCare Practitioners providing acute appointments, a Physician Associate, threePractice Nurses, a Health Care Assistant and two Trainee Nurse Associates.
The practice management teamcompromises of the Practice Manager who has worked at the practice for over 40years and a Deputy Manager.
The support team comprises of 14clerical members of staff.

Reports clinically to the GPPartners/administratively to the Practice Manager
Managing a wide range ofpresenting health care needs in a primary care setting.
Commitment in providing highquality Primary Care to patients along with a genuine interest in the futuredevelopment of General Practice.
Opportunities for personaldevelopment.
Primary Care Network staff helpmaintain excellent service to patient including Mental Health, FCP, Health andWellbeing Coaches and Social Prescribing professionals.
We are looking for a commitmentof approximately 3-4 sessions a week but we are flexible on this for the rightcandidate. Thursday would be a required working day.

Experience
Essential
1. A medical practitioner whose name is included in the General Practitioner Register under article 10 of the General and Specialist
2. Medical Practice Order 2003
3. Not subject to suspension under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983
4. Qualified General Practitioner (completed certificate of Completion of Training CCT)
5. Currently on a CCG Performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register.
6. DBS clearance
7. Evidence of time-relevant revalidation/appraisal cycle

8. Experience of working in primary care/GP Practice
