Job Summary:

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for residents based on dietary requirements
- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote overall well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff members to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications:
- Experience in care, or a related field is preferred
- Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable
- Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background check (Enhanced DBS)
-Knowledge of memory care techniques and approaches for working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
-Familiarity with home health care practices and hospice care is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
