Responsibilities
* Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
* Build outfit recommendations for customers and make additional product suggestions to support store KPIs.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
* Ensure shop floor maintenance, presentation and organization remain at a high standard.
* Show flexibility and innovation in reacting to the changing business environment, especially during peak trade.
About You
* Previous experience in hospitality or retail with a track record of engaging consumers.
* Effective communicator capable of collaborating to win.
* Inspire trust and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
* Adapt quickly to new situations.
* Drive sales using digital platforms.
