Job Description Property Account Handler Location: Hertfordshire Up to £40,000 Hybrid A specialist insurance broker is seeking a Property Account Handler with strong Property Owners experience to join their Hertfordshire office. This is a client-facing role providing high-quality account management across a portfolio of property owners. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a portfolio of property owner clients Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments efficiently Liaise with insurers and brokers to deliver excellent client service Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards Use Acturis to manage accounts and maintain accurate records Requirements: Proven experience handling property owner accounts (essential) Proficient in Acturis Strong communication, organisational, and client relationship skills Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented Working & Benefits: Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Friendly and supportive office environment This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property account handler to join a well-established team and develop their career in a hybrid working environment.
