This is a rare opportunity for an experienced RI to step into a stable, well-performing service and support its next stage of growth — with the potential to become a permanent leadership role if desired.
About the Role:
• Oversee the operation of an established 3-bed EBD home
• Provide guidance and assurance around compliance, quality, and outcomes
• Work closely with the Registered Manager and support ongoing development
• Be involved in the expansion to a second home, currently in Ofsted application stage
• Attend and contribute to monthly governance and oversight meetings

About You:
