Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team On a temporary basis at present to fulfil a position of our staff. This job can be converted to a permanent post. We are small but busy GP Surgery.. We are a friendly GP Practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Experience in GP surgery is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors / patients in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
* Manage appointment scheduling .
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Support team members with administrative projects as required.
Experience
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively.
* Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Please apply with your CV if interested.
