Utopian Professional Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading client to recruit a Client Onboarding & AML Administrator to join their growing Client Onboarding Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing legal department, working as part of a supportive and purpose-driven team, and playing a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient client onboarding processes. Your main responsibilities will include: You will support the Client Onboarding Advisor in the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients and the ongoing administration of existing client’s documentation You will liaise directly with new and existing clients to collect and verify CDD documentation whilst also working closely with legal, tax and Risk & Compliance colleagues Provide clients with guidance on suitable documentation for identification verification and ensure the information captured is accurate and stored in line with internal processes Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure tasks are completed within the agreed timelines whilst also collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent delivery of all team workflows To be considered for this opportunity we are looking for the following background / experience Experience working in a similar role (Client Onboarding / AML) within professional services is advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoys a varied administrative role, are comfortable with technology and data, and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable, and high-quality work. The ability to work directly and professionally with clients and colleagues of all levels is required Strong organisation and communication skills will be essential as is a confident and professional manner. Experience using Microsoft Office packages is required and full training will be given on other platforms which are used in the business You will have a continuous improvement mindset and a keen interest in using business systems to improve the efficiency of client onboarding processes. You will be able to multi-task and meet deadlines as well as be pro-active and have strong problem-solving skills A very high level of discretion and confidentiality is a requirement of this role, as you will be exposed to sensitive client data and confidential documents/information.
