As a Classroom Assistant, your responsibilities will include supporting lesson preparation, aiding students with their learning, and assisting the teacher with classroom management. Key Responsibilities as a Classroom Assistant:
* Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
* Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
* Create and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
* Support in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
