Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and key stages
Follow school policies and ensure a smooth continuation of learning during staff absences
Establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive environment
Provide timely feedback on student progress to the relevant departments
Requirements for the Supply Teacher Role:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications
Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher or classroom teacher
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different age groups and abilities
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
A flexible, positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges
