The role:
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, fair, and legally sound ER support across our UK & Ireland operations. You’ll support the full range of employee relations matters, from informal advice to formal case management, and help embed our policies, values, and behaviours across the colleague lifecycle.
Working closely with the People Business Partner and line managers, you'll provide timely advice and support on policies, procedures, and complex employee issues. This is a great opportunity for someone with early HR experience who’s ready to specialise in employee relations and build their confidence in a fast-paced, values-led environment..

This is what you’ll be doing:
* Providing advice, guidance, and hands-on support for disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance-related matters.
* Ensuring all ER activity is compliant with UK employment law, Hubexo policies, and best practice.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and case records to support fair decision-making and reduce risk.
* Escalating complex or high-risk issues to the appropriate People Business Partner or legal support.
* Supporting the development and review of people policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally compliant and accessible.
* Helping drive consistency in how policies are understood and applied across UKI.
* Contributing to briefings, toolkits, or training materials for line managers
* Acting as a first point of contact for line managers seeking advice on employee matters.
* Coaching managers to improve confidence and capability in handling ER situations.
* Delivering informal training or support sessions to build ER awareness and policy understanding.
About you:
* 1–2 years’ experience in an HR or ER-related role.
* Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, or absence cases.
* Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
* Comfortable prioritising multiple tasks with attention to detail and timeliness.
* Exposure to working in a multi-site or regional HR function - Desired
* Familiarity with HRIS systems or case management tools - Desired
