Electrical Test and Inspection/Installations Engineer - Belfast
Up to £53,600 earnings, plus company car and equipment
At phs Compliance, we are expanding and are looking for experienced Electricians to join our successful team.
If you are an enthusiastic, experienced electrician looking to join a high-performing engineering team, then this is the role for you!
The role involves:
* Inspecting & Testing customer electrical installations (EICRs), including Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis, Thermal Imaging, and small remedial repairs.
* Completing reports and certification using our cloud-based software.
* Ensuring timely submission of all reports and certifications.
* Carrying out LED lighting replacements in line with project schedules, both during and outside working hours.
In return, you will receive:
* A base salary of £39,312 with average earnings around £50,350 (including bonus, on-call, overtime/weekends, and paid travel time).
* Potential earnings excluding overtime on weekends approximately £46,500.

The ideal candidate:
* Can work 40 hours per week, including evenings and twilight shifts.
* Willing to travel across ROI with potential overnight stays.
* Holds a full UK Driving Licence with 6 points or less.
* Possesses SVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Level 3 NQV or equivalent.
* Has City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
* Holds City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 certifications.
* Has IPAF 3a & 3b licenses.
* Good IT literacy.
* Experience in electrical testing and electrical installation/project work, especially commercial lighting replacements.
* Understanding of UK Health and Safety Regulations.
