About The Role Knight Frank’s International Project Marketing (IPM) team are recruiting, and we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our market‑leading New Homes & Investment division. Based in Birmingham, this is an opportunity to work at the forefront of UK and global new‑build investment, partnering with developers and investment companies to bring major residential projects to market. Our IPM team specialises in taking UK developments to international audiences, distributing stock across a curated network of UK and overseas partners. It’s a fast‑moving, commercially focused environment where collaboration, relationship‑building and strategic thinking are key. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our UK and international distribution channels. Working within a high‑performing team, you’ll help bring new developments to market, nurture long‑term B2B relationships and support clients through the full lifecycle of an off‑plan sales process. You will work closely with teams across Knight Frank - including the Investment Desk, London IPM, Birmingham Land and our specialist Sports Desk, ensuring a joined‑up approach to project launches and pipeline management. Alongside your sales responsibilities, you will support the Department Head with day‑to‑day operations, contributing to the smooth running and continued success of the business.
