🧭 Reporting to: Accountancy Sales Manager

👥 Team: 7 in Commercial Sales | 14 across ADE


🌟 The Opportunity

Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing Accountancy Solutions sales team.

You’ll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses and accountancy practices, helping them modernise and streamline their finance, compliance, and practice management processes — powered by our market-leading accountancy software.

You’ll work across clients including:


📊 Accountancy & Tax Practices

🏢 SMEs & Mid-Market Businesses

💼 Professional Services Firms

🏭 Industry, Retail, Hospitality & Tech



💼 What You’ll Do

* Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue across new and existing accounts
* Conduct on-site client meetings and product demos 🧳
* Drive new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Build strong relationships with Partners, Directors, Finance Leaders and Practice Managers
* Work closely with internal teams to design tailored accountancy software solutions
* Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close 🔁



💪 What You’ll Bring

* 3+ years of field sales experience, ideally within accountancy software, finance, payroll, or practice management solutions
* A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* Strong consultative selling and commercial awareness
* Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a love of autonomy
* Full UK driving licence 🚘
