We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Administrator to join our client’s property business, in Irvine. This will be a full-time position which will cover 5 days per week. Though, 4 days may also be considered. The role will primarily be based in Irvine (Own transport is essential). Reporting to the director, the successful Bookkeeper / Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the company, managing invoices, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, typing reports and drafting letters, as well as all general office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, discreet, confident, organised, and responsible. Experience Strong understanding of business accounts and the monthly/annual accounts cycle Solid knowledge of SAGE software Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite Ability to work methodically and stay organised under pressure Keen attention to detail The position will be office based and may cover 4 days or 5 days per week (32 - 40 hours) Pay rate is £14 - 16per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be a driver with their own vehicle. The position is immediately available.
