Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant - £475 - Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support a UK enterprise HCM transformation, owning configuration, migration validation, testing cycles, integrations support and go-live readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Run HR requirements workshops and process discovery.
* Configure and extend Fusion HCM (Core HR, ORC Recruiting, Talent/Performance/Goals, Absence, Learning, HR Help Desk/Service Delivery).
* Support data migration using HDL/Data Loader & HCM Extracts.
* Drive testing (Unit - SIT - UAT) and defect resolution.
* Configure workflows, journeys/checklists and HCM security roles.
* Assess Oracle updates/legislative patches for HCM impact.
* Support go-live prep and post-go-live stabilisation (hypercare/KTO).
Required Experience
* Hands‑on Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM configuration (techno‑functional).
* Strong knowledge of Core HR, ORC Recruiting, plus Talent OR Absence OR Learning OR Help Desk/Service Delivery.
* Experience with HDL or HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and HCM security/roles in Fusion.
* Understanding of Oracle quarterly releases & patch impact on HCM config.
* SI/UAT/Go‑live delivery exposure.
* Fusion HCM certification desirable.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

* Rate: £475 per day (Inside IR35)
* Contract: 6 months
