Role Overview
To provide proactive support to the business, with primary responsibility to support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition on key projects, analyze data to inform decisions within the function, create presentations, and monitor key metrics across the talent department.
Scope of the Role
Provide insightful data, suggest strategic changes, and recommend improvements to benefit the function.
Please note: This role is office-based and requires you to be on-site Monday - Friday (LS12 6DB).
Key Responsibilities
1. Report and analyze talent performance weekly for recruitment and onboarding functions, including offers and agency spend.
2. Manage job board platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Total Jobs; oversee monthly job credit spending; manage company pages and respond to reviews within 48 hours.
3. Check and advertise home vacancies against the live vacancy report.
4. Lead monthly Talent Leadership meetings and coordinate arrangements.
5. Prepare data and presentations for board meetings, HR Leadership meetings, and Talent Acquisition projects.
6. Track and manage monthly departmental spends.
7. Conduct market intelligence and analysis.
8. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to support recruitment efforts, providing regular data updates.
9. Assist with administrative tasks, including managing shared inboxes, handling queries, updating trackers, and ensuring data accuracy.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Group Head of Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge and Experience
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
3. Understanding of data quality importance and issue identification.
4. Ability to interpret data sets and provide actionable insights.
5. Capacity to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
