The Job You’ll Do; * Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, for a respected logistics firm * Assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of packaging machinery * Monitoring machines to ensure efficient production and product quality * Learning to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues * Completing quality inspections checking for damaged and defected products prior to dispatch * Following health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area About You; * Ideally looking for an opportunity to gain a permanent contract after a 12-week probation period * Comfortable operating a machine, however full training will be given * Keen interest in machinery, manufacturing, or production work environment * Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic * Willingness to learn and grow with the company * Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
