OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
* VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
* Minimum 24 Months experience in a salon or spa environment as a Spa Therapist OR Minimum 12 Months experience as a Senior Spa Therapist
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* To have the ability and stamina to perform a minimum of 8 hours’ worth of treatments per day
* Consistent delivery of treatments to a 5* standard
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
* Be responsible for delivering the ultimate in professional internal/external customer service with the standards expected and trained by the Department.
* Be responsible for ensuring full, safe operation of all equipment and stock, in accordance with health and safety requirements
* Be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation within your working environment in accordance with set standards
* Assess the needs of the business at any one time and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
* Be responsible for resolving all internal/external customer complaints escalated from team members, solving the complaint to the resort and internal/external customers benefit.
* Attend Departmental Briefings in the absence of the Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Manager and ensure that good communication is maintained at all times.
* Lead by example; working with the team, exhibiting strong front of house and customer care skills.
