This is a hands-on, varied role combining <b>executive support, business administration, project coordination, and elements of HR administration</b>. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes real ownership of getting things done.</p><p>This role would suit someone with strong administrative experience who is confident coordinating priorities, supporting leadership, and improving how things run day-to-day.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Provide high-level support to the CEO, including diary management, emails, meetings, travel, and stakeholder communications</li><li>Prepare agendas, documents, briefings, and ensure actions are tracked through to completion</li><li>Coordinate and support small business projects and operational tasks</li><li>Support office operations, supplier coordination, and general administration</li><li>Assist with HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and liaison with external HR support</li><li>Maintain strong internal organisation across systems, files, and workflows</li><li>Drive efficiency and improvement through the use of <b>AI and productivity tools (including ChatGPT and similar platforms)</b></li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar role supporting senior leadership (ideally within an SME)</li><li>Highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently</li><li>Strong communication skills with a professional and discreet approach</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Able to take ownership and see tasks through from start to finish</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a practical, problem-solving mindset</li></ul><h3>IT & Systems Skills</h3><ul><li>Confident with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace</li><li>Strong general IT skills and quick to learn new systems and software</li><li>Comfortable working with a variety of digital tools to improve efficiency</li><li>Interest in using modern technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline work and increase productivity</li></ul><h3>What’s on offer</h3><ul><li>Salary of <b>£35,000 - £40,000</b> (depending on experience)</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with the CEO and directly impact business operations</li><li>Varied role covering executive support, administration, HR, and coordination</li><li>Exposure to modern tools, systems, and AI-driven ways of working</li><li>Long-term opportunity within a growing SME</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a pivotal role and make a real impact in how a business runs day to day, supporting the CEO to operate efficiently and effectively.</p></div>
