Are you a dedicated Key Stage 1 teacher with a passion for inclusive education? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in the WN4 area of Wigan to recruit a skilled and compassionate KS1 Teacher with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About the Role:
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum.
• Support the needs of pupils with SEND through adaptive teaching strategies.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and families to ensure personalised progress.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing classroom culture.
• Promote emotional well-being, resilience, and confidence in all learners.
Ideal Candidate:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
• Demonstrates strong understanding of SEN, particularly supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs.
• Uses creative and inclusive approaches to engage all learners.
• Possesses excellent behaviour management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
