Plant & Transport Manager (Utilities)
Location: Coventry
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + Pension
We are seeking an experienced Plant & Transport Manager from a utilities or civils background for a stable, long‑term role within a fast‑growing, family‑oriented civil engineering business with a clear and ambitious growth strategy. The role involves full ownership of a busy and varied fleet operation for a business operating across utilities infrastructure, renewables, and new connections with ICPs and NAVs.
The Role
* Oversee a fleet of 100 vehicles including 10 HGVs.
* Scheduling and day‑to‑day fleet management.
* Ensure fleet operations run smoothly and on time across utilities and civils projects.
* Based at depots in Coventry with occasional travel to Watford.
* Competitive package with long‑term stability.
The Person
* Experienced Plant & Transport Manager.
* Background in utilities or civils.
* Commutable to Coventry.
* Willing to do occasional travel to Watford.
