Vacancy Information
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the North region Retail team as an Area Manager at Greggs. You'll support our growth and ensure excellent service across your group of shops.

What you'll do
As an Area Manager, you'll:
* Develop and review shop operation plans, ensuring sales growth.
* Contribute to regional sales planning.
* Promote brand standards and initiatives.
* Implement marketing materials and displays.
* Lead and develop shop management teams.
* Recruit in line with business needs and budgets.
* Ensure food safety and health & safety compliance.
* Manage shop rotas and control costs.
About you
You will fit if you demonstrate:
* Experience leading multiple shop management teams.
* Proven ability to meet sales and profit targets.
* Experience developing teams through succession planning.
* Strong standards across multiple sites.
* Decisiveness and confidence.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.
* Problem-solving skills with analytical ability.
* Team spirit and a supportive attitude towards diversity and inclusion.
* Motivation to develop and enjoy teamwork.
