An opportunity has arisen for a Mill Cleaner at our Preston Mill. The mills operates 24 hours, 7 days per week and the shift rota is geared to support this, although occasionally, some flexibility may be required to cover absence, holidays etc, for which overtime is paid.
For the successful applicant, the core pattern will be Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm (with some flexibility).
The job holder will work alongside the mill shift teams, with responsibilities including maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the mill.
The successful candidate will undertake regular inspections of mill, highlighting any deviations from our high standards of quality and safety. A Basic understanding of COSHH would be an advantage.
