We are looking for an Associate Paid Search Account Director to be responsible and accountable for the success and delivery of Visualsoft's Paid Search service. You will own a portfolio of key to mid-level Paid Search clients and become the go-to relationship stakeholder for Paid Search. Relationships and client centricity are crucial, as your key objective is to grow your portfolio's return, ensuring the Paid Search product/service is innovative, efficient, and delivered to the highest quality.
This position is ideal for individuals currently in client-facing roles or Senior Marketing Executives with PPC experience seeking career advancement.
Job Purpose
The Associate Paid Search Account Director will lead and ensure the implementation of the client portfolio across all relevant platforms, aiming to deliver client goals and targets. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and leveraging partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and Shoptimised, you will prioritize clients and demonstrate strategic thinking by responding and adjusting as needed to achieve excellence.
Strategy and impeccable execution are key, ensuring clients benefit from the Paid Search service with clear, transparent reporting of work carried out.
Primary Duties
1. Client Portfolio Relationship: Nurture and own the relationship of your clients' portfolio.
2. Portfolio Retention: Ensure high client retention through strong relationships.
3. Maintain & Promote Highest Standards of Paid Search: Execute Visualsoft services impeccably, servicing clients fully and efficiently.
4. Client Happiness: Use NPS and CSAT surveys to measure and improve client satisfaction; take action when scores are not as desired.
5. Strive for Client Results: Continuously aim to produce high results, taking ownership and implementing improvements.
6. Control & Own Paid Search Strategy: Devise and own best-in-class strategies, share results internally, and implement industry-leading tactics.
7. Key Account Tasks: Manage budgets, implement recommendations, review bid strategies, communicate with clients and internal teams, handle design and development requests, and sign off on reports and strategy decks.
Requirements
* Proven extensive experience in Paid Search, agency or client-side.
* Expertise in Paid Search platforms, analytics, forecasting, and measurement.
* Experience developing and executing Paid Search strategies.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
* Senior-level client-facing experience and strategy presentation skills.
* Analytical, data-driven mindset.
Desirable
* E-commerce experience.
* Knowledge of other digital media channels.
* Tools such as Google Data Studio, Attribution, Google Tag Manager, Feed Management Solutions.
