Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills, Trusts and Tax, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate and Estate Management.
* You will support and mentor more junior members of the team.
* Business Development: supporting the continued growth of the team with proven BD skills.
Skills/Qualifications
* Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
* STEP membership would be an advantage.
* Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy.
* A proactive and commercial approach to business development.
