Our client in the Preston area are looking for a Children’s Home Registered Manager in the Preston area. The ideal candidate would have a strong background working in a children’s care home and able to demonstrate leadership and management skills.

Children’s Home Registered Manager Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and management throughout the home
* Develop and implement care plans for the children
* Ensure Ofsted regulations are adhered to
* Be the primary contact for the home
* Make sure that all staff are trained to high level of safeguarding
* Carry out administrative tasks
* Manage rotas, budget and cover of staff
* Complete monthly audits
Children’s Home Registered Manager Requirements
* Level 5 qualification in leadership and management or working towards
* Minimum of level 3 in childcare
* Minimum of 2 years working in a children’s home
* UK driving licence and own car
* Proven experience in managing budgets and staff
